Need: Our client asked that we modernize their paper-based payment system.
Solution: After performing a functional analysis of project requirements, we worked in tandem with business users to deliver a modern application for payment and transaction collection. We also designed and developed the data warehouse including the strategy for loading data while performing data analysis, identifying key performance indicators and risks for business users. Finally, we implemented secure file transfer procedures for automated processing and storage management of the supplied transaction data. Our joint efforts resulted in significant cost savings and improved spend data visibility. An added benefit? The business-user experience was elevated with this modernization transformation.
