Need: We were asked by our client to lead the development and deployment of an ERP Order Management module using Oracle ERP 11.5.10.
Solution: We completed a gap analysis and prepared detailed functional and technical specifications. This included the configuration definition and set-up parameters for the OM modules. We coordinated Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) with business users and other stakeholders. We coordinated multi-vendor participation to ensure a smooth implementation and integration with other supply chain modules and third-party software (e.g., Manugistics). We conducted formal user-acceptance sessions by developing and distributing detailed use-case scenario documentation, configuring and populating system test environments, and installing support systems to collect and address user feedback.
