Need: Our client asked for an open source solution to aid and enhance issue tracking and version control during SDLC.

Solution: After evaluating possible commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) offerings, we proposed developing a custom application using open source to meet program goals. We architected, built, tested, and successfully deployed the solution helping the agency save monies as well as streamlining application management and code promotion, and improving customer service.
